By accessing and using the Weely web application ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts and Registration

a. To use certain features of the App, businesses are required to register for an account. Businesses are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

b. Businesses agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

3. Use of the App

a. Businesses may use the App to create and configure spin the wheel games for their customers.

b. Businesses agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

4. Data Collection and Use

a. Weely collects customer emails for the purpose of facilitating the spin the wheel game. The use of this data is outlined in the Privacy Policy.

b. Businesses are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from customers for data collection and processing.

5. Prize Redemption

a. Customers who win a prize can come back at a later date to claim their prize, as specified by the business.

b. Businesses are responsible for fulfilling the prizes won by customers.

6. Account Termination

Weely reserves the right to terminate or suspend business accounts at any time for any reason.

7. Changes to Terms

Weely reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Businesses will be notified of any material changes.

9. Refund/Cancellation Policy
a. Free Trial:
  • We offer a free trial  all new users to explore the features and functionality of the "Weely" app.
  • No payment information is required during the free trial.
  • Users can cancel their trial at any time, and no charges will be incurred.
  • The free trial allows 300 spins within a 2 year period.
b. Paid Plans:
  • Upon subscribing to one of our paid plans, users will be billed either monthly or annually, depending on their chosen billing cycle.
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their "Weely" account settings.
  • For monthly plans, users will have access to the app until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred.
  • For yearly plans, users will have access to the app until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew for the following year.
c. Refunds:
  • We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans.
  • If a user requests a refund within 10 days of their initial subscription, they will receive a full refund of the subscription fee.
  • Refund requests must be made through our support team via email at support@weely.io
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-20 business days from the date of the refund request.
d. Exceptional Circumstances:
  • In exceptional cases where there are technical issues or service interruptions that significantly impact the user experience, we may offer pro-rata refunds or credits at our discretion.
  • Any such requests should be submitted to our support team for review and consideration.
e. Paddle Payment Processing:
  • All payments and refunds are processed securely through Paddle, our trusted payment processor.
