Learn about all of the user actions available to boost your business

Summary

Before spinning the wheel, your customers will be asked to do an action from a list of user actions that you define. Weely offers two main types of user actions: questions and social actions.

Questions

Questions allow you to get valuable real-time feedback from your users. There are two main types of questions:

  • Smiley: it is a 5 emoji-grade rating, which users can give
  • Tags: tags allow you to provide a set of answers to choose from. Multiple answers can be selected.

Only two questions will be shown to the user before they can spin the wheel. However you may add a pool of several questions, which will be shown at random to users spinning, and overtime you will get insights for all of these.

Social actions

Social actions allow you to get qualified followers or reviews for your business page. There are several types of social actions you can enable: 

  • Instagram: ask your customer to follow your page on Instagram
  • Facebook: ask your customer to follow your page on Facebook
  • Google review: ask your customer to give you a Google review
  • Custom actions: this premium feature allows you to define a custom action with it's own call-to-action. ex: Download your App
